LOCAL ARTS & CRAFTS
In our gallery area, we display the works of local artists and crafters. Our collection is changing all the time but here is a resume of the artists and crafters work we currently display:
Paintings
- Sonya Bond – seascapes and other watery paintings in watercolour and acrylic
- Maureen Taylor – sparkling Abstract pieces using unusual materials, black & white miniatures with an Art Deco feel.
- Jacqui Smithson – the Best of British feeling of tea and being by the seaside captured in felt and acrylic
- Ian Mattingly – delicately painted in watercolour, the changing nature of the British countryside
- Joy Hayward – marine inspired abstract, landscapes and still life studies
- Rachel Skeet – pretty canvasses and collage with a vintage feel
- Tessa McKenzie – textile pieces of local views and abstract landscapes
- Danielle Hutson – watercolour still life paintings in a pointillist style
- Bren Boardman – garden inspired textile pictures

We also sell a beautiful collection of handmade cards from various local crafters and artists.

- Jane Jones – chunky jewellery using a range of beautiful natural stones
- Ruth Mary – One off vintage jewellery pieces from recycled antique jewellery, fabrics and lace

Our opening times are 10am to 5.15pm Monday to Saturday, Bank Holidays 11am to 3pm, Sundays by Appointment only.
